Just 2 minutes away is a Super Wal-Mart for those holiday essentials. The attractions at Universal Studios and Sea World are about 25-30 minutes away via the easily accessible I4. Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away, whilst Sanford just 65 minutes drive. For those golfing enthusiasts you are perfectly surrounded by the myriad of golf courses Central Orlando has to offer - Champions Gate, Reunion and Legends golf course. The area boasts of many lakes and canals and the 'Rails to Trails' bike trail extends from Clermont to Ocoee. The villa is also close to the famous Lake Ridge Winery that offers free wine tasting and winery tours. On our door step is Lake Louisa State Park. This park is noted for its six beautiful lakes, rolling hills, and scenic landscape.

This beautiful villa has been professionally decorated, with the fantastic bonus of 2 King-Size Master Suites each having full En-Suite Bathrooms. A truly fantastic place for two families holidaying together to enjoy. On entering this wonderful home you have a spacious living area with plenty of room for you to relax; additional amenities include an entertainment center with TV and cable and DVD player. A sofa bed is available for extra sleeping requirement for larger parties. Set to the side of this Floridian Style open plan Living Area there is an elegant Dining Area with ornate table and chairs for those formal dinners. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances including; oven, range, oversized refrigerator, dishwasher, an array of cookware and all the essentials for entertaining at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is the Laundry Room with washer and dryer, ironing board & iron. The First Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed and a television and views over looking the pool area. The private en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower and double vanity sinks. The second Master bedroom includes a Queen-size bed, television and views over looking the pool area. The private en-suite has a walk in shower and vanity unit. There are a further Third & Forth Bedroom both contain twin beds and are lightly themed for enjoyment of the younger guests.
