Orange Tree resort is within minutes of Lake Louisa State Park, where you will find nature trails, cycling, fishing and boating. Orange Tree offers its own five acre manicured grounds, including a soccer pitch, tennis courts, basketball court and is surrounded by scented orange groves. For golfers, Orange Tree is the perfect choice, having numerous world-class courses within a short drive of the resort.
This well proportioned 4 bedroom/3 bathroom single story home is tastefully furnished and can sleep up to a maximum of 8 guests. The well appointed kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped with all the appliances you should require during your stay. There is also a fully equipped laundry. The roomy dining/sitting room lends itself both to entertaining as well as allowing guests space for some peace and quiet. The sizable and comfortably furnished family room opens onto the fully screened lanai - just perfect for those guests who like to sit out or sunbathe but not necessarily in full sun all day long.
The pool and integrated jacuzzi are the perfect way to ease away the aches and pains of days spent at the parks or playing golf. There are loungers on the patio for those lazy sunbathing days and the patio dining set is just right for informal al fresco dining or picnics. All 4 bedrooms are well sized and furnished to a high standard. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 4 also has 2 twin beds. There is a family bathroom which also services bedrooms 3 and 4, and another bathroom which services bedroom 2 and also serves as the bathroom for the pool area as it also has a door that opens onto the pool deck. To add to your enjoyment of this home there are 3 TVs, 1 DVD player and a Playstation games console.
In addition to these facilities, Orange Tree also offers guests the following amenities: soccer field; tennis courts; basketball court and a play park.
