This stylish 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home can sleep up to a maximum of 10 guests. The family room looks onto the pool area and is furnished with comfort and family entertainment in mind with large leather seats, flat screen TV to watch the many cable TV channels, DVD player and stereo system. There are 3 other TVs in the bedroom. This home also has a wireless internet service for those guests wishing to bring their laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you should need during your stay. There is a nook for informal dining while the elegantly furnished dining room is just right for family dining. There is also a fully equipped laundry. All 5 bedrooms are beautifully furnished to a high standard - the main master bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms are located downstairs with the other 3 bedrooms located upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has a queen sized bed and is serviced by the family bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom (with shower over the bath tub). Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds Bedroom. 5 has 2 twin beds. There is also a family bathroom upstairs to service those bedrooms without en-suite facilities. The screened-in lanai has a pool and is faces east - a bonus for those guests who like to swim, sunbathe or dine al fresco without being in direct sun all day, the boundary fence also gives greater privacy to the pool area. To further add to your enjoyment this home also has a well equipped games room. In addition to the facilities offered in the home guests are also able to enjoy the amenities and facilities of the clubhouse, the communal pool and the other recreational amenities provided on this beautiful resorts style community. |
