Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions relate solely to the purchase of vacation home properties in the USA when purchased through Calibre Group (the Company) along with any and all associated trading names and websites of the Company.
 
Amendment
Should a customer make any request to amend a reservation then the Company reserves the right to levy an amendment fee of not more than $30.
 
Cancellation
Cancellation Period for rental duration 01-28 nights Penalty
More than 60 days prior to check-in: US$300.00
60 days or less prior to check-in: 100%
Cancellation Period for rental duration 29 nights or longer Penalty
More than 90 days prior to check-in: US$500.00
61 to 90 days prior to check-in: US$1000.00
60 days or less prior to check-in: 100%
The cancellation terms may vary from those stated when advised so at the time of booking.
 
Indemnity
At all times, the Customer will indemnify the Company against any financial loss or damage, howsoever arising, due to the actions of the Customer or failure of action by the Customer in relation to the rental property.
 
Information
All information contained on the Company operated websites are based on information available at the time of publication. Please note however, though we check our website content regularly and all endeavors are made to ensure that it is accurate at all times, there may be occasions when certain information shown is no longer accurate.

The Company reserves the right, therefore, to change the information after a booking is made, in which case the Customer may be advised of the change and the amended information will then form part of the booking contract with the Company.
 
Payment Terms
Customers agree to make payments to the Company by the dates specified on their travel documentation.

Payments will be taken from ANY valid 'card on file' on or around the Due Date and / or Payment Schedule outlined on the Booking Advice unless otherwise advised by the card holder.

Failure to comply with these timescale's may result in the cancellation of the booking with cancellation terms, as detailed, being activated automatically.
 
Pets
Pets are NOT permitted in rental homes. Guests who require to travel with pets can make special requests and only homes that accept pets will be offered.

Any guest that is found to have taken a pet into a rental home, without prior notification and acceptance by the Company and the appropriate supplier of the rental property, will be charged a Pet Fee of US$250.00 - US$500.00 in order to sanitize the rental property.
 
Rate Of Exchange
The Company cannot be held responsible for any Rate Of Exchange (ROE) between the Company transaction currency and a Customer currency such as a credit card issuing bank.
 
Rebates and Refunds
Rebates, as in the case of a Security Deposit, and Refunds are made in the Company transaction currency. See also Rate Of Exchange.

Refunds are made in conjunction with the Amendment and Cancellation policy. The Company cannot guarantee any refund or reimbursement for any unused portion of a travel itinerary.

In any event, a refund application fee of $35 will apply to all refund requests.
 
Rental Property
Whilst the Management Company for your rental property will make every effort to place you in the home of your choice, circumstances beyond their control may require them to move you to another rental property of equal or greater value.
