This superb spacious villa is available for holiday rental and sleeps thirteen to fifteen people. Palms Villa is a beautiful six bedrooms three-bathroom property situated on the magnificent Lake Davenport Estates development at Davenport, Orlando 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resorts. The pool area situated at the rear of the Villa is south facing so it has the sun on it throughout the whole day. The pool is 32 ft by 16 ft and has steps for easy access. Depth is from 3ft to 5ft. The pool area is fully equipped with loungers table and chairs and a Jacuzzi. A large decking area ensures that there is plenty of room for guests, and there is also a barbecue for your use. The Villa is surrounded by large gardens which are all fenced in for privacy, it is one of the few on the estate that actually has it's own gardens which is also equipped with a children's wooden climbing frame. The Villa is equipped with a games room housing TV, pool table, table tennis, table football, and a dartboard.
